The Ministry of Justice has prepared a publication summarizing the available data on corruption in Finland and describing the law and the role of the authorities in the prevention of and response to corruption. The publication also provides an overview of social factors as well as factors related to the administrative system, law enforcement, the court system that have contributed to the present situation.
